Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit more about us .
Cain Nursery was established in 1990 by Gez Barnett who after 25 years working in the industry decided a new challenge was needed .
Cain Nursery first started out mainly supplying various retail outlets and in 1991 Gez was joined at Cain Nursery by his son Dan .
He became the fourth generation of Nurserymen in the Barnett family following on from his Great Grandad Bill ,Grandparents John and Muriel and their sons Gez and Ray.
Through the years the business has evolved and now supplies a wide range of trees , shrubs , hedging and herbaceous plants to all sectors of the trade.
We offer a wide range of quality shrubs ,hedging and herbaceous plants suitable for other Nurseries ,Landscapers and also Retail Outlets.
We are able to deliver at a pre discussed cost depending on distance etc.
Our retail orders are all sent out with picture labels looking fresh and ready for sale.
We are more than happy to quote for any planting plans or any plants you are trying to source .
If we haven't got them we can always try and find them for you.
We do not supply any sundries such as soil ,turf ,tree stakes etc. but we have several contacts which we are more than happy to recommend you to.
Our stock is all container grown .
We offer a range of sizes from a 2 Litre to a 30 Litre
The vast majority of our stock has been propagated by ourselves and
grown from a cutting to a fully established plant here on site .
This enables us to be very competitive with our prices and
gives us a sense of satisfaction in being able to see a cutting grow to an established plant.
